2. Processing by ColorShapeCode

ColorShapeCode does not transmit personal data to servers operated by the developer. The app does not use advertising, tracking technologies, or analytics SDKs.

Game progress, settings, statistics, and game history are stored in the app's local container on the device and are not transmitted to the developer. Depending on the system settings, this data may be included in a device or iCloud backup managed by Apple. The developer has no access to such backups.

3. Apple Game Center

Game Center is optional and is only used by ColorShapeCode after the user enables the feature in the app. Apple authenticates the player. ColorShapeCode submits game results and achievement progress to Apple Game Center and retrieves leaderboard entries. Apple may process player identifiers, display names, scores, and achievements.

Retrieved Game Center data is displayed within the app but is not stored on servers operated by the developer. Apple's processing is governed by its Game Center privacy information.

4. In-App Purchase

The full version can be unlocked through a one-time in-app purchase. The offer, payment, and restoration of the purchase are handled by Apple and the App Store. The developer does not receive credit card, bank account, or other payment details.

5. Sharing Results

When a user voluntarily shares a result, the app opens the system sharing interface. The user chooses the service and recipient. The developer receives no information about whether, how, or with whom content is shared.

6. Retention and Deletion

Locally stored app data can be removed by deleting the app from the device. Game Center data, App Store purchase data, and any available backups are managed by Apple.

7. Rights and Contact

Privacy questions can be sent to support@eunexon.com. Data subjects may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.

8. Changes

This privacy policy will be updated if the app's functionality, services, or applicable legal requirements change.
